In an attempt to try and cut down on pasta some (I love pasta!) I'm trying to incorporate more rice. But I'm not much of a fan - it's just so bland. If I have a flavored rice, it's okay, but just plain white or brown rice, ugh.
I'm good on Rice & Beans (mostly thanks to this sub), but I want to know - how do you make your Rice flavorful? Do you add fun spices? Some sort of dressing/sauce?
(I'm not really a great cook and am on the mild-salsa heat-scale of things, others may appreciate a spicier take if you want to add it.)
