Moved out here of my parents house into my first home. Need input on my vegetables intake.
Post Body

Hi all. I moved out a while ago and am learning to cook for myself

I realised that I don't eat any fruits or vegetables

I started eating steamed broccoli/corn and raw carrots/raw red bell peppers nearly everyday with my Evening meal

I only seem to like cruchy vegetables hence why Im eating them raw. I don't want to roast or cook the veggies if they end up soft and mushy

And I have an apple and a glass of orange juice every morning. The orange juice I have is just oranges. No processed or artificially stuff

Is this okay? I guess it's better than nothing right

Thanks
