I don’t have long break times, so I only eat a single slice of cold cheese pizza on one break, then just a plain hamburger bun for the other, because it’s cheap, fast, and filling enough, and it only costs me $1.30/day.
I want to start eating healthier, but I truly don’t think the “cheap” part is possible when it comes to healthy eating by the time you buy every ingredient and price things out per meal.
I’m fine with paying more for the sake of my health, so I’m not necessarily asking anyone to beat $1.30/meal like it’s a challenge. Can anyone give me some good alternatives that don’t have eggs or fish involved? I don’t have a ton of time for reheating meals at my job either.
Thank you so much!
