‼️Is anyone else having a problem boosting others? I have boosts to give

I’m so confused. I have boosts to give and I WANT to help others but any time I click on someone’s link, it connects me to the App Store and then takes me to the home page of Earnin. And if someone boosts me first, it won’t prompt me to boost them back.
My app is updated.
Any advice is appreciated, I want to help those that help me.
