Best wireless earbuds for microphone quality, comfort and good battery life for an Android phone? No music listening

I need to get a birthday gift for my dad and his galaxy buds are due for a replacement. He doesn't listen to music on his earphones at all but does use them all day either for wireless calling (for work) or listening to podcasts. He prefers the silicon-tipped in-ear style. I know wired earphones have better microphone quality but if you had to recommend one wireless earbud for mic quality comfort durability which would it be? Around $175 USD is okay.
