Earfun Air Pro 3 - My Mic Volume

Just got the Earfun Air Pro 3, when I speak people say I sound low and or distant. I had the Airpro 2 and loved them and never had this issue. Is there anything I can do to increase my mic volume so people hear me more loudly?
