Wired earbuds with ANC

Im having some difficulty finding info about solid wired earbuds with ANC. Looking for any recommendations or info on earbuds around or under 150. Interested in budget buds as well seeing as I lose like two pairs a year.
Also, any thoughts on semi wired Bluetooth earbuds like these? They would fit my use case but I'm just unsure on the consensus for this style of earbud.
