Trying to create the best portfolio

Above is my current holdings and allocations. In addition to that I have about $20,000 in cash. I'm trying to create a balanced but aggressive portfolio. Please share your thoughts. I feel like I should have more in VOO. I'm also wondering if there's other high earning funds that I am missing. Thank you all in advance.

I couldn't find any real difference, so I just chose QQQ I'm going forward. I will definitely look at QQQM.
