Breakdown of top ETFs?

So I’ve been sloothing Reddit and was wondering what ETFs you all knew of or recommended. I see the typical VTI SPY QQQ and much more but have been having a hard time wrapping my head around all the different and common ones i see. Could anyone explain to me what the big/major/common ones are?

For example what’s the difference between QQQ and QQQM.

A short summary of your top favourite ones would be amazing!

Bonus if you had any recommendations on which ones to put togther as Ik a lot of these can have overlaps
