Since it seems this is the new official ESTJ subreddit (I am happy to see it active and filling with subscribers, by the way, keep it up!), I am looking for two more people to be on the mod team just to help me with organization and feedback on the post flairs and sub descriptions (we don't have sidebars or rules yet and I would like to create some in the near future).

r/ESTJ2 as far as posts is going to be self-moderating. I want everyone on the mod team to remain completely hands-off unless a post is reported by one or more users, and I will ensure that still happens regardless of who comes on board.

This is also a feedback post on what you would all like to see from this subreddit as far as rules and sidebars, so please comment here if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.
