Hey I'm really interested in building around the psijic spells, particularly undo, time stop and accelerate. What I'm looking for is something quite mobile that I could use in cyrodiil, mostly in a 1v1 or skirmish situation as opposed to larger fights.
NB looks interesting given that impale, lotus fan and shadow cloak (?) would seemingly synergise well. My only concern is that it wouldn't have enough damage and would just be uselessly dashing all over the place and no threat whatsoever lol. Sorcerer also looks fun with bolt escape but I don't have any characters high level enough to test it out yet and decide for myself.
