What's the term for comparing things using biased verbiage?? Basically oversimplifying two things in a different way that makes one sound far worse than the other??

Essentially for the purpose of invalidating one of the positions. Something like "Yeah, my near death experience and your scraped elbow don't really compare" when both with similarly injured in a car accident, or SOMETHING like that.
I apologize, I had this question all formulated in my head, but now I can't even think of a decent example. It's like the reverse of false equivalence, maybe?
