Hi guys, I'm an ENFP-turbulent. (For those who don't already know, hit the link here -> http://www.16personalities.com/enfp-personality) I find myself constantly in a rut and feeling like a train wreck emotionally almost all the time, and I find it hard for me to be positive about things. (i.e. I think the worst of my close friends, and about myself too; I tend to think about the negative consequences of things I'm doing rather than the positive aspects of it, just to name a few) So I would like to ask all of you, if you have ever been in such a position, what did you do to cope? :-)
