INFP here, thought I would ask you guys. My ENFP is moving in a spare room I have in my house and we're both single, both guys. He hasent moved in yet, but he has slept over and moved alot of his stuff in so I know how its kinda turn out. And I know that Im gonna need to establish some rules or else Im gonna go crazy. He allways means well, and often time half-asses the jobs given to him.

Like he doesnt clean up afterhimself, i have been equaly guilty of that, but now I at least keep my trash mostly in my room. He also lives for company and will allways have guests over if he's not on discord talking in voice chat, and I have my own water pump so everytime he or his guests are up late needing water or to use the toilet the pump under my room starts up like a little locomotive with banging noices. And he has women over alot of the time he's basicly addicted to social connection and also physical touch.

I dont want to get into the details or anything and there is no way Im gonna kick him out cause we are good friends, I just know we arent the kind of people who could ever live with eachother and share everything. I would just go mental I mean I just got my freedome from sharing stuff woth my parents a year ago.

The only thing I want to ask you guys is how do I break bad news or give critisism to him in a matter that is best for him. Cause last time He was at the breakfast table telling me about how he had amazing sex last night and expected a high five from me at the breakfast table I just told him that yeah I herd you guys I couldnt sleep cause of it. And he was like crushed, but I dont know how else I could have broken it to him and besides, he allways moves quickly from talking to doing something else or gettin on the road so I dont get to talk to him about these kinds of stuff unless I call him or wait for him to come back but I cant tell him that when he comes home with a girl also. And he never wants to come to me to talk about face to face talk unless its like something about his friends, so I have to be the one to start of with telling him if there is something he needs to do. I mean shortly put, he's thekind of person I could hang out with, but would never want to work with him.

Again... only wondering how to break news to him or maybe encurage him to do some chores. Untill he hasent officially moved in yet I have jest cleaned up after him.

If you read all this, damn you must be really bored or you actually wanted to read all this which I am very thankful for.
