Think I get what you mean, blocks are obviously helpful, also since blocking is very reliant on having good ping, I think it's one of the reasons why american stacked teams have not been as succesful on NF as on CTF so far.
However there is a lot more to it, other things in positioning are just as important, knowing when to let go a block, how to position so a teammate with the flag can boost into you and protect him, disrupting snipes before they even happen, etc. Capping in NF is all about having your eyes open and finding ways to surprise the other team. (or waiting for them to commit a stupid mistake ofc)

SO IF I SAY WITH GOOD POSITIONING YOU DONT NEED BIG BLOCKS TO SCORE THEN WE HAVE A PROBLEM??
