BlueAcorn: So it’s been a month since being “funded”

April 30th I received notice that my ppp loan was being funded and should receive my funds in 1-3 business days. Of course it took much longer than that and come May 12th I received the deposit from PRESTAMOSCDFI, just for it to be taken back following day. Contacted my bank NBKC and they tell me I need to contact the lender, I go to the lender and they say I need to talk to BlueAcorn, tried talked to BlueAcorn and radio silence on the issue. My initial ticket was escalated to lvl 2 (whatever that is) 2 days after being submitted and have received zero info on what’s going on.

For whatever reason blueacorn thinks it’s productive to tell clients to submit a ticket for an inquiry about a prior ticket, instead of giving support chat the tools to deal with issues. So they’ve been pretty much useless. What’s more interesting is that SBA’s tracking system shows my funds as disbursed so that either means I’m being funded or screwed over. Has anyone else had something like this happen? If so, what was your outcome?

TL;DR I got funded just for the funds to be taken back the next day for no apparent reason and support has not been helpful what so ever.
