From Treasury to SBA Hard Ship Accommodation - Is this legit? Sounds too good to be true.

I got a call from "Business Loan Advocates" and they claim to be a 3rd party consulting company that will get us an EIDL hardship accommodation (even if your loan has gone from the SBA to the Treasury). Theys said that they DO NOT CHARGE upfront fees and are only compensated if we are approved for an EIDL hardship accommodation.

They sent over an agreement to docusign - if they get the accommodation approved then we pay $2995.00 ...but they want our ACH (banking info) now.

Their domain is only 2-3 months old...( businessloanadvocates .com ) and they don't have a physical address on the site, can't find anything about them on BBB or trust pilot. Has anyone heard of this company?
