If this passes, expect collections to go into criminal territory, particularly if they audit your books and see how you spent the money and determine it was not spent “properly”.
I remember reading an article about the SBA/US Gov saying it cost an average of about $300-500k to investigate and take someone to court.
And that the recovery rate was extremely low.
So my guess would be they will be going after the $500k plus loans that have personal guarantees and business assets that can be seized.
