Celebrating Hardship Payments?

Post Body

Why are we celebrating new hardship payment rules and recalls from Treasury? We still need to be focusing on OIC (compromise) and EIDL forgiveness. I know we took these loans, but it was under economic duress. Many of our businesses failed - this loan is predatory and hardship payments are at best a stop gap measure.

Are you going to be in a better position 6 months from now?

We need better solutions. If you find my previous posts from a year ago, you’ll see that I warned that the SBA would send our loans to Treasury.

Now, I’m saying that we still need the offer in compromise - we still need to continue to hammer our reps and the SBA. Don’t go easy on them - they are using the hardship payments to squeeze out every penny that they can. These loans need to be dealt with, permanently.

And yet...most whi are wanting action to be taken do noting themselves to help the cause.

90% won't even write their representatives.

And even less would think about actually walking into their representatives office and talking fave to face.

Or even a phone call.

What most people want is someone else to "do something"
