Sole proprietor rook ot 28k loan have to pay back when I filled out paperwork I went into business name and under ein for business not my ss number about a year or so ago they said there was a mistake when I filled out paperwork and wanted meto refill paperwork which I did not do. Been paying it back over last year . Business is closed but my understanding is loans over 20 or 25k they will come after you personally but since it's sole proprietor it makes it all one. What are my choices? Pay what I can? Don't pay and wait for 2-4 years till they take everything? Or....
