So my saga continues… but we made good progress yesterday. My senators office has me working with my district SBA office for my reconsideration. She spent two hours talking with me yesterday and helping me with my reconsideration.

Low and behold, someone put a flag on my account saying my tax returns were contrived because my accountant filed them on May 5th, 2021.

Watch out recon because you are about to receive every bank statement, merchant processing statement etc showing exactly what my sales are! Contrived my ass!!! My taxes are on point!!!

I am not going to loose my business because some employee doesn’t understand why my taxes were filed in May 2021 for 2019. Hello 2020 was a shit show… especially here in CA where my business was literally closed for 14.5 months! I lost my lease because I couldn’t afford $20k in overhead with no income coming in. Moved everything into storage. Had two very close family members extremely sick with Covid in Dec/Jan. Moved in Feb/March etc…it truly was a disaster!

People work with your senators and if they are good they will help you immensely!
