Duplicate application - someone tried using my identity!

Hi. I received my first EIDL in June of 2020. I was denied for my modification. They wanted to know about a duplicate application. I was super confused. I never had a duplicate application. So I did a FoIA request for the information and low and behold someone used my information to try to get an EIDL loan!!!!

What??? Right name, address, zip code…, not my business not my checking account!

I am furious right now!!!!

Going to let the SBA know, my congressman etc… super scary someone has my information and trying to get a loan!
