Tutoring while on EI?

Post Body

I finally got my EI application approved for regular benefits after having that complicated discussion with them. My mom suggested that I start work as a tutor while I'm on EI. However, if I start tutoring people and bring it to EI, is that considered self-employment? The website says I can still get EI while working, but can it apply here where you're tutoring someone? I'm just scared that EI will see I'm tutoring people and may classify as self-employement, and I could lose out on benefits (as what I'll be making from tutoring weekly is not going to be enough). Can anyone help me out here please?
