So I tested positive for Covid , which will mean I’ll be out of work until I end up beating it , I went to apply for the sickness benefits as it’s because of Covid. At the end it said to call the 800 number if I want to complete the form , is this normal ? Like it said I’ll be on hold for 45 minutes to a hour , I’m still on hold as I’m writing this.
