Due to "technical difficulties", application couldn't be processed over the phone. Very worried!
Post Body

I apologise for formatting as I'm on mobile.

Hello guys. To keep it short I've up until this point only been able to apply over the phone for the CRB and I've not had an issue up until now.

Online hasn't been an option for me due to my taxes not being filed the past 2 years (I'm usually consistent in meeting those obligations but was in a financially abusive relationship and didn't have the option at the time).

I applied last night around 11pm and got through the typical process of verifying my qualifications, but after the last question when my request was being processed I was met with "we're sorry but due to technical difficulties, your request could not be completed at this time. Please try again later, or call xxx - xxx". Is this truly just a technical issue? Or is this the message one receives when more documentation is needed for verifying employment history?? Since I'm not able to access my online account I have no error message to reference to. I've already requested my t4 slips via telephone weeks ago and am waiting on them in the mail so that I can file and have access to my account online again as the telephone service is apparently only available for a limited time. I'm just extremely worried as I've been unable to find a job after losing mine of 5 years due to covid. The CRB is only enough to cover my rent and put food on the table. I would very much appreciate other's feedback on this, thank you.
