Missed Ei call

Today I got a call from a Ei agent about my claim (finally) at around 9 am, left a voicemail and tried calling back and she isn’t answering back, I also got an email that states I have a day to call back, what do I do since they aren’t answering, I’m concerned as I been waiting for more than a month to get this call
