91 wagon to 90 hatch cabin harness swap?

I’ve got a 90 DX hatch that had a chopped cabin harness, and I have a 91 wagon with a virgin harness. I’ve noticed a few differences between the two ( mainly extra connectors for the auto seatbelts), has anyone tried this, know if I will have any issues just leaving all the auto seatbelt stuff unplugged
