Me: I need accommodations
S: I have to talk to c and p
Me: I need accommodations
S: here's a schedule change
President: we don't give people special schedules here. Change it back
S: I never changed her schedule
Me to CEO: Hello I need accommodationthe exacerbation of my symptoms is affecting my attendance, mood, and ability to work, and to work here any longer I need accommodations
Ceo: Affecting your attendance you say? Here sign this write up saying you have an attendance problem
Me: No im not signing that. I literally have been asking for accommodations for 6 months
HR: You have anger problems
Me: No shit I'm disabled. Hence the accommodations.
HR: You're being inappropriate you need to pack your stuff and leave
EEOC doesn't pursue anything though, so ADA laws might as well not exist. Welcome to America where disabled people aren't worthy of a job.
