I wanted to talk about these accounts that post WIEIADs every single day or most days. I just started trying to recover as I found out I am pregnant a few weeks ago and don't want to end up like some of the people on here who have children and refuse to change their harmful habits at all. I had an pro-ana account and decided to post WEIADs to "keep myself accountable" which was me really keeping myself under x cals a day whether I wanted tl admit it or not. The thing I found out is it is extremely hard to remember to document every little thing you are unless you very consciously remind yourself to do it which I found absolutely impossible to do. This really show how much these "recovery" influencers really think about food while claiming to have freedom. I personally would look through my WIEIADs to make sure they were aesthetically pleasing and to check how much I really ate. I feel like they do much more harm than good especially when other's are all over your timeline and I would unconsciously compare myself to them. Only recently did I realize what was going on (besides not having the brain capacity to keep taking repetitive meal pics) and notice that's probably what most of these influencers are doing as well.
