Hi r/edm! Welcome to the next installment of the Weekly Featured Artist Post. Our featured artists this week are TNGHT!
The game-changing collaborative project between heavyweight producers Hudson Mohawke and Lunice, TNGHT formed in 2011 and in 2012 released one of the most formative EPs of dance music in the 2010s. Their sound helped explode the growing edm trap scene to new heights, displaying wonky and fidgety synths, hip-hop beats, and crisp production featuring sounds and techniques from all over the electronic music spectrum. The long-awaited return of TNGHT has been teased by both producers, who have been in the studio working together since 2016. Check out their music below:
