Apparently knob twisting is a crime. ๐
Any Charlesthefirst fans out there? He was an Experimental bass phenom. He literally made magic for sound. Spent HOURSS creating music for people to enjoy. And dj/producers like him are given a bad wrap for knob twisting. As a music producer myself, that doesnโt perform, let me say that all their effort came from behind the scenes. And now all they want to do is party with a gigantic crowd and share everything they had created with YOU. So naturally, they start fake twisting mixing knobs out of control. So what? Would you rather them just stand there? How else do they perform music that was previously created/prerecorded?
There's a difference between music producers and djs. And Iโll tell YOU that 99% of the time, the music producer is the one that actually has musical talent. Not the dj. Not all djs! But a majority of the djs out there know zero about music composition. And thatโs the real travesty.
Knob twisting is ok! And itโll be ok! Knob twist away! ๐
You sound like an absolute pain to party with bro. ๐
