These are artists that produce multiple genres but keep a similar sound design across each genre.
My vote goes to Dirtmonkey. He does a really good job of keeping the playful carnival / jungle atmosphere and the screechy monkey like sounds regardless of the genre he is going for. He does Dubstep, Techno, House, Moombahton, Downtempo, Ambient, Trap and can blend everything well because of the sound design.
Edit: The question I'm asking isn't solely people who are good at sound design generally. I more so meant people who keep one consistent theme across everything even when changing genres. There are a decent amount of artists who are phenomenal sound designers but when they change genres they choose sounds that fit the genre more traditionally or they have a sound design for each genre that is consistent but it doesn't translate across genres.
