I need help making cuts please

I've been beating my head against a wall figuratively trying to make 8 cuts to add lands. I just can't decide what to cut as it is one of my pet decks. It works fairly well as is the only time iy doesn't is because of lack of lands, so here I am asking for new eyes to look at it.

EDIT: thank you all. I took many of these suggestions on board and made a few more too, total changing out is 16. Updated list later today.
