Need help with my Howling Abomination deck

I have the deck built, but it just doesn't function well. I feel like I'm just missing something. I know that the amount of creatures is low, but its basically a Gruul spellsliger deck so I don't know if that's the issue. I'll take any advice, because I really love the idea of the deck.
