Post Body

Had a game earlier and went through the whole rule 0 talk. "My deck contains no fast mana and no free spells, I have 2 combos that can end the game other then that I reanimate big scary stuff and get value off the back of it." And told them a fw of the big creatures like [[sheoldred the whispering one]] [[velomachus]] and [[mikaus]]. The games going well about turn 5 someone board wipes us and in my following turn I cast velomachus vamp tutored [[rise of the dark realms]] to the top swung and cast the rise. One of my opponents got really upset that I didn't declare that I ran rise of the dark realms in the rule 0 talk. My question is are we as a community at the point where we need to essentially hand over decklists to our opponents and get their approval for every card in our decks?

Edit: I got the power up with [[kalain]] for the people asking.
