How do you build a deck with a secret commander?

I’m wanting to build a temur suspend deck led by [[riku of two reflections]] with [[Jhoira of the ghitu]] as a secret commander. What deck building measures should I do to pull this off? I’ve never built around a secret commander before.
I imagine there’s more tutors/protection pieces than a normal deck would. Is it really that different from a normal deck? I’m unsure of where to start with this idea so any suggestions are appreciated
