Is it possible to make a Sultai artifacts deck?

So, I’ve had this thought for a while.

Basically most sultai decks are value based commanders dealing with the graveyard.

Sultai is my favorite wedge but each sultai deck I’ve built just became boring over time.

Then I came across Silas Renn // Reyhan partner pair and had an idea around utilizing artifact creatures and making them bigger with 1/ 1 counters using abilities like sunburst and modular and Reyhans triggered ability on death and using Silas Renn to recur them from the graveyard.

Has anyone else done something similar and has a deck list I can peruse?
