Now, I'm sure many of you are as confused as I am (sorry bout my rough google translate skills). The general theory seems to be that these cards are promotional versions of cards from Ikoria. Similar to the Transformers or My Little Pony cards, except this is with Godzilla characters on existing cards, hence why there is a second, alternate name below the main one. It seems questionable, especially with things like Godzilla not being on a legendary, and it could be a April Fool's prank. However, these cards are well made, there's image of the packaging, and Toho (who own Godzilla) did partner with Hasbro earlier this year.

Thoughts on the validity of these cards? Or how the mechanics function?
