Hey all so I have a group of friends then go to almost every fnm about 6 of us total and ever since the beginning about a year ago now since we all started going. There has been one player that doesnāt have the same budget the rest of us do and while he is perfectly capable of comprehending power level he often will under rate his decks and say āthis shouldnāt winā after having spent about 100 or more than any of us can on deck building. When we confront him about it he gives us the āIām not going to build a bad deck on purposeā. Which isnāt what we are asking at all. So my question here is, without just spending more, how does one get through to a person like this that lowering power level isnāt the same as building a bad deck. I mean itās totally fine to have your higher power decks if you want but at least build a deck on power with the people your playing. Idk maybe Iām being unreasonable any advice?
