EDIT: Important to note that the moderators of this subreddit had nothing to do with the secret santa, so when I mention mod, please read it as "secret santa moderator", sorry for the confusion!

As said in the title, I did not receive a gift during the secret santa event.
I sent an email to the moderators as per the instructions a couple of times, but I never received a response from them on the matter. I also made a couple posts in the secret santa thread where everyone assured me the mods would respond eventually.
It's been a month since christmas now, and no response as come. Is it reasonable to still expect a response, or should I just write it, and the entire secret santa event, off as a loss?
