Cards for an Upkeep deck.

So im going to make an "Upkeep Matters" deck commanded by [[Zur the Enchanter]] to search for [[Paradox Haze]] i play budget and Zur will probably be my most expensive card. What would you recommend make it into the deck?
Should i lean into Zur's ability and search for cheap upkeep envhantnents? Or just got for all around upkeep cards.
What cards Ramp/Draw on an upkeep trigger?
This is a spur of the moment idea for a deck, so i don't have a rough draft of what the deck would look like ye5.
