The Ghost Council of Orzhav and their cleregy.

So I got the Orzhov guild kit and I REALLY wanna make a black/white Ghost Council commander deck. But I wanna go super flavorful and wanna use only cards that fit the church theme. So stuff like [[debt to the debtless]] or pretty much any Orzhov looking card. Im hoping some could give good suggestions to cards or even already made decks to get an idea of what I should do with this. I don't need it to be comparative but at least playable.
