Post Body

Hey, mostly looking for some input, and advice on how to make this deck cheaper (Hoping for getting this around $75-90). Or just some general input really.

Deck Playstyle:

Well it's a pretty normal Niv-Mizzet list, with a ton of pet cards in there (Mages' Contest, Split Decision, Aethersnatch, Crush of Tentacles, Karn's Temporal Sundering, Polymorphist's Jest). There's a Wheel of Fortune-esque theme in it, with cards like Molten Psyche, Time Reversal, Mindmoil, and Arjun (The Shifting Flame), then basic Spell Slinging with Instant/Sorcery Spell Reducers and Forkers (Pyromancer's Goggles, Primal Amulet, Melek, Reverberate, Split Decision), Token Swarm(Murmuring Mystic, Docent of Perfection, Talrand, Young Pyromancer), and for some reason Ricochet too apparently (Insidious Will, Wild Ricochet, Ricochet Trap, Aethersnatch).

Don't bother removing Baral and Isochron Scepter since I already own them. I'm fairly new to the format still which is why I'm missing the staples such as Laboratory Maniac and Cyclonic Rift

Maybelist consists of cards I find right now to be too expensive ( Listing for currently >$5 like Locust God and Laboratory Maniac, and Teferi's Puzzlebox which I acknowledge are a great fit here) or not quite sure of yet (The Mana Ramp Type Instant/Sorceries)
