Capitalizing on draws?

I'm running a vanilla Stalwart Unity right now. I'm looking to upgrade by capitalizing on draws, especially out of turn ones. My first thought is to run ludevic's subject as commander for the out of turn draws, and play miracles. My psychosis crawler and venser's journal are also great for this. But what other ways can I capitalize on drawing cards, or punish my opponents for it a la traitorous land?
