I'm not part of a particularly competitive playgroup. Old [[Grenzo]] goblin tribal, [[Thraximundar]] zombie tribal, and old [[Marchesa]] swing for damage deck. I did run a political Brago deck, helping protect people's planeswalkers, creatures, the works, but I wanted to try something new. When [Depala, Pilot Exemplar]] was spoiled I knew I had to build her. Vehicle/dwarf tribal is more or less the path I went down. I'm just not 100% sure how exactly to determine a win con outside of swinging with big vehicles. One thing I thought I could do is get out [[Assemble the legion]] for a couple turns to build up counters, get some vehicles out, then [[Wrath of god]] the board leaving my vehicles alive. Next upkeep get a lot of tokens then crew my vehicles for damage.
I believe I have a fair amount of artifact ramp, some card draw but mainly tutors (thinking of adding [[gamble]] soon when my lgs has more in stock), and a good creature base for my vehicles.
I was just wondering if a win con of "swing for a ton" is good, or if I need to be more focused. I played it in my play group for the first time tonight and really enjoyed it and I think all of us had fun with it, they got to play against vehicles for the first time so it was interesting for all of us. Is there something worth adding/taking out to make my deck more focused?
Thank you in advance!
