Suggestions for Tefiri, Mage of Zhalfir deck

Hey everyone,

So. Recently a few friends of mine have joined my EDH group. They both have several decks, but both have a deck that is just generally considered "bad manners" by the rest of my play group. One is hardcore land destruction and the other is infect.

And so, the rest of us have decided to make equally oppressive decks.

I really want to make a [[Tefiri, Mage of Zhalfir]] permissions deck. Its gotta be oppressive and cruel. So don't hold back. But I'm not used to this kinda oppressive style of deckbuilding.
