So... I might not like my friends that much...
Post Body

All my builds so far have been quite budget friendly. They average out at around $200,- including landbase. And I don't mind, because I love having decks, I love building them, playing them and improving them. But I am not the greatest deckbuilder, at best, I'm a fair one. And my Meta has changed a bit. It's still quite casual, but the powerlevel is slowly rising, builds are improving, and while I still have a ton of fun, I feel my decks aren't consistently cutting it anymore. I can do better and I need to do better.

That is why I come to you, /r/EDH. I want to build something strong. Over the years I've found that, while I am a Timmy, I enjoy control. I've got myself a sweet Edric U/G control/hug deck that's a lot of fun and has a ton of counterspells in it.

Now let's switch to W/U. I got this commander, Brago. I also have an idea with him. The plan is to have a hard control deck which is enabled by mana rocks that are untapped by Brago due to his flickering. And the same thing I want to move through the rest of the deck. To win, I'd like a weenie white token strategy for the late game where I've established control, some opponents might be dead, and I can swarm in with all them little critters.

The control suite so far hasn't really been a problem, I've found the counterspells I like and find useful, some might be over/onderpowered for EDH. I've got an initial mana rock base for it. But I need you, Reddit, to help me figure this shit out.

This is my initial build, sans land, do you have ideas, additions, cuts, to bring to the table?

Budget wise, I'm open to a lot of ideas. I'm willing to invest in cards that wont lose (a lot of) value, such as Force of Will and it's staple ilk.

Tl;dr: Come help me annoy my friends into submission.
