So with the announcement of all the universes beyond sets and just continuous dipping of the quality of art on cards I’ve decided to quit playing Magic including my beloved EDH. I started playing commander in 2014 and man it’s the most fun with magic I’ve ever had. After I bought my MH3 box though things just started to deteriorate fast. It really depresses me that Hasbro is turning the game to into nerd pop culture content slop. I just can’t get passed it. I don’t want to play the game of swinging SpongeBob for lethal to have him be blocked by Captain America. It’s just so low class.
So I wanted to hear from others who are in the same boat. How are you coping? Any success stories or just ‘know that feel, bro’? Could really use it.
