I am building a deck for a friend who is getting into Magic. He only wants the deck to have Dr. Who art cards.

He is also new to magic and this will be his first deck that will be constructed so I wanna make sure he has a fun time.

Obviously, the deck is limited to close to less than 400 cards to pick from.

For those who have built a deck like this, what have you done?

I made sure to add most if not all the interaction pieces that the Dr. Who stuff has. (outside of black).
