Why can't I put Savai Triome in a Jeskai deck?

Just curious, as far as I know, reminder text doesn't affect color identity, like with Extort, and lands with basic land types only have the symbols in the reminder decks (as the text is shown in italics on cards like [[Savai Triome]]). Wondering if I missed something when looking over the rules because I want to put more lands with cycling in a Gavi deck but have never seen anyone do it.
